Preliminary remarks

Please submit the following documents for each candidate:

  • a copy of your valid certificate
  • a copy of your certificate of qualification of the training "From VDA 6.3:2016 to VDA 6.3:2023 – Upgrade"
  • proof of auditing experience
All documents must be submitted in German or English. The documents must be uploaded as a PDF.

Important notes on the invoice information:
  • An order number must be provided if it is required for your company when invoicing. The order number must be issued by your company before submitting the application. If an order is sent to us in advance, it must contain the name of the applicant.
  • If your company has a separate e-mail address for incoming invoices, this must be noted.
  • The invoice will be sent as a PDF to the e-mail address provided.
  • A subsequent invoice change is associated with additional costs for you.
Your new certificate:
  • After your renewal application has been approved, you will receive a VDA certificate (signed PDF) with personal, registered numbering by e-mail
  • The new certificate is valid for five years from the date of issue
  • Additional auditor cards will no longer be issued
The processing fee of 165,- EUR (exclusive VAT) includes the application review and issue of a new VDA certificate.

1. Proof of the validity period

2. Proof of VDA 6.3:2023
Copy of your certificate of qualification of the training "From VDA 6.3:2016 to VDA 6.3:2023 – Upgrade" (Live-Online-Training ID 333 or alternatively Web-Based Training ID 384) (.pdf)
 
3. Proof of auditing experience*
At least 5 (five) process audits and/or potential analysis (at least 10 audit days) as responsible auditor in the period of validity of
      the qualification. Internal as external process audits and/or potential analysis are accepted as well.

A maximum of two (2) audit days can be carried out as a remote audit or hybrid audit. As soon as an audit has been partially carried out remotely, it is considered a hybrid audit.
