QFD (Quality Function Deployment)

QFD (Quality Function Deployment) is a quality tool developed in Japan in the early 1970s. It is used to determine customer requirements and their direct implementation in the necessary technical specifications. The methodological approach is based on separating the customer requirements (WHAT) from the technical product features and functions (HOW).
