Complaint (reject)
Expression of dissatisfaction made to an organization, related to its products, or the complaints-handling process itself, where a response or resolution is explicitly or implicitly expected. [from DIN ISO 10002:2005-04]
"Complaint" is a synonym for the term "reject". A defect has occurred at the premises of the customer, who makes a complaint to the supplier (reject). The term can also be used for complaints regarding services.
