ANOVA
ANOVA (analysis of variance) is a statistical method that uses variations to evaluate the differences between the means of groups which are defined by various categories. VDA Volume 5 uses variations for estimating standard deviations/uncertainties.
VDA Volume 5 uses ANOVA methods, because in most practical applications, the core assumptions are sufficiently met.
