Complaint

A synonym for the term "reject".

A deviation (see "Deviation") has occurred at the customer's premises and the cause of this is levelled at the supplier. In some cases, the document used to inform the supplier that defective goods have been found (for example, an inspection report) is also referred to as a "complaint".
