Agile Servant Leader
The Agile Servant Leader represents the non-agile part of the company with profit/loss responsibility and full legal responsibility, such as for product liability of the undertaking.
They support the agile organization in living the Agile Values and Principles, and balances these aspects with the needs of a classical organization and the legal aspects of a company (e.g. mandatory reporting of a stock company, formal aspects, etc.).
