Express Ticket (Fast Lane)
As the Iteration develops, no changes or new features are allowed for the Iteration Backlog, nor are any other disruptions to the Agile Team. An exception are Express Tickets, which can result from a parallel running testing phase (Iteration), for example, and have urgent and prioritized interceptions of identified mistakes. The Agile Team decides if an Express Ticket in the course of the current Iteration can be edited. The tasks that result from the Ticket will be inherited in the Iteration Backlog and the tasks will be re-prioritized and removed from the Iteration Backlog.
