Retrospective

After the Iteration Review, follows the Retrospective. Without any invitation, the Retrospective is restricted to the Agile Team with Product Owner and Agile Master. The goal is to achieve the highest possible degree of transparency in terms of identifying the improvement potential of the joint working progress. This includes a reflection on the external influences and general conditions, the motivation of the team and the chance to work self-reliantly. The basis for implementing the Retrospective are four questions: “What was positive”, “What was negative”, “What should absolutely be retained” and “What needs to be changed”. Prioritized measures are adopted into the Iteration Backlog or Impediment Backlog for the following Iteration.
