Velocity Chart
The Velocity team describes the ability of a team to fulfill different complex tasks within a certain time period.
The guess (e.g. Story Points) of an Iteration are summed up and the results of the current Iterations are shown as a graphic or in a chart. The goal is to improve the guesses, which means commitment of the Agile Team to the Product Owner.
The valuation is also used to assess the improvement of processes and procedures within the Agile Team.
