Vision
The Vision describes the fundamental product idea and summarizes the different characteristics of the product. Product Owner(s) develop the Vision with the aim of inspiring the Agile Team. The Vision is a super ordinated target to catch the involved parties of a project at an emotional level, while providing the common theme of a project at the same time.
The Vision describes the following aspects:
• Which customers the product is for
• What the benefits to the customer are
• Which characteristics of the product are significant
• Difference to competitive products
• Product Owner(s) develop the Vision further as the project develops
