VUCA
VUCA is an acronym for: Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.
The intention of this acronym is to express that today’s world is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous, and consequently other methods (e.g. agile) than plan-driven approaches need to be in place to deal with VUCA.
