Remote working employee
An employee whose regular worksite (i.e., the place where the employee’s activities are based, the location of the employee’s desk or workstation, or the place where the employee normally performs his or her duties) is designated as the location being audited but may perform his or her duties for the audited location from the employee’s home office.
