Acceptance (technical)
Acceptance by the supplier, once the appropriate checks have been made, that the part which has been rejected is defective, or does not meet the agreed requirements, and that he (the supplier) is responsible for (the cause of) the deviation. Technical acceptance does not imply recognition of any of the customer's financial demands - see "Acceptance (commercial)".
